India Plans Strategic Deployment of Predator Drones Along LAC

The Indian Air Force (IAF) and Army plan to deploy MQ-9B Predator drones at strategic air bases in Uttar Pradesh to bolster surveillance along the China border. The $4bn deal will procure 31 drones, with 15 for the Navy and 16 for the Army and Air Force. Each service will deploy eight drones jointly.
