India proposes G20 Satellite Mission for climate observation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday proposed the launch of the 'G20 Satellite Mission for Environment and Climate Observation'. He said that just like the Chandrayaan-3 mission, this project will also benefit all of humanity. "The climate and weather data obtained from this will be shared with all the countries, especially the countries of the Global South," the PM added.
