India proposes three-part truce for Russia and Ukraine: Report

India has proposed a three-part truce for Russia and Ukraine urging attacks on each other's energy infrastructure to be suspended, Hindustan Times reported citing sources. It also suggested keeping Black Sea ports open to avoid disrupting free flow of grain and energy along with stopping attacks on merchant vessels. The proposal comes amid US sanctions targeting countries buying Russian oil.
