Global Financial Integrity's latest report on black money outflow has placed India at 3rd position globally with an estimated $94.76 billion black money outflow in 2012. Meanwhile, Russia topped the list followed by China. The report added, the total illicit wealth outflow from India between 2003 and 2012 was $439 billion, putting the country at 4th rank in the 10-year-period.
