India record highest total in women's Test cricket history

India have recorded the highest total in women's Test cricket history. India declared their first innings against South Africa in the one-off Test in Chennai at 603/6 to set the record. Shafali Verma top-scored for India with 205(197). The previous record for the highest total was held by Australia, who scored 575/9d against South Africa in February.
