India record their highest-ever total in women's T20I cricket history

India on Sunday recorded their highest-ever total in women's T20I cricket history. India put up a total of 221/2, with openers Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma scoring 80(48) and 79(46), respectively. India's previous highest women's T20I total was 217/4, recorded against West Indies on December 19, 2024.
