India chased down a target of 209 runs against Australia in the first T20I in Visakhapatnam to record their highest successful run chase in T20I cricket. Suryakumar Yadav top-scored for India with 80(42). India’s previous highest successful T20I run chase had come on December 6, 2019, when they chased down a 208-run target against West Indies in Hyderabad.
