India replies to Pak's 'cut off those hands' remark on Indus Water Treaty, asks to end terrorism

After Pakistan minister Musadik Malik threatened to "cut off those hands" that sought to claim Pakistan's "share" of water, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that India's position on Indus Water Treaty is consistent. "The IWT stands in abeyance in response to Pak's continued sponsorship of cross-border terrorism. Pak must irrevocably abjure its support for cross-border terrorism," he said.
