India's 10-year bond yield rises to 7% for 1st time in 3 months
Indian government bonds fell early on Wednesday, with the benchmark 10-year yield briefly crossing 7% for the first time in three months. The move came amid a global debt selloff and a fresh surge in oil prices. The US 10-year Treasury yield hit 4.81%, its highest since November 2023, while Japan’s 10-year yield touched 3% on Tuesday.
