India's Anthropic serves notice to US' Anthropic for trademark violation

Karnataka's Anthropic STC, which is engaged in a legal battle with US-based Anthropic PBC over trademark violations, has served a notice to the American entity. "We have succeeded in serving a legal notice….through Hague Convention mechanism," Founder MY Mulla said. The Belagavi-based IT company has claimed that it has right of prior usage as it was registered before US firm.
