India's bankruptcy cases still face long delays: Report
The NCLT approved 78 resolution plans worth about ₹5,500 crore in the June quarter, its best first-quarter tally under the IBC, Moneycontrol reported. Senior counsel Mukesh Chand said more than 3,000 cases remain pending, while delays after creditor approval raise legal costs, erode recoveries and keep unviable companies running longer.
