India’s bioeconomy to reach $1 trillion by 2047: Jitendra Singh

India's bioeconomy is projected to reach $1 trillion by 2047, making the country one of the top three global bioeconomies, said Union Minister Jitendra Singh. He highlighted rapid growth driven by innovation, biotech startups, and major scientific advancements, with India's bioeconomy rising from $10 billion in 2014 to over $165 billion today.
