Microsoft launched the cheapest 4G smartphone of the country, the Nokia Lumia 638, at a price of Rs 8,299. The phone sports a 4.5 inch screen, and a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor and 1GB RAM. It has 8GB internal storage, expandable through memory card by upto 128GB. Other than this, Xiaomi's Redmi Note 4G comes under Rs 10,000.
