India's current account deficit narrows YoY to $11.2 bn in Q2 FY25

India's current account deficit narrowed marginally year-over-year to $11.2 billion or 1.2% of the GDP in the July-September quarter. The figure stood at $11.3 billion or 1.3% of GDP in the same period a year ago. The merchandise trade deficit widened YoY to $75.3 billion in the quarter, while net services receipts increased YoY to $44.5 billion.
