India's economy sees first signs of slowdown amid West Asia war, govt lists indicators

Finance Ministry's Economic Review for March noted that the Indian economy is showing the first signs of a partial slowdown amid the West Asia war. It noted that generation of e-way bills, documents required to transport goods, fell by 5.3% MoM, though it remained higher by 9.4% YoY. It also noted that flash PMI estimates showed softening in output growth.
