India’s falling net FDI has raised concerns over whether the country is attracting enough long-term foreign capital. Ketan Dalal and Sudhir Kapadia said the bigger constraints include land, logistics, power, judicial delays, tax certainty and policy stability, especially for strategic manufacturing investment.
