India's first consumer court order on E20 goes in Chhattisgarh vehicle owner's favour

India's first reported consumer court case linked to E20 petrol has ended in favour of a car owner in Chhattisgarh, reported India Today. The consumer claimed that after refuelling with E20 petrol, the vehicle began experiencing engine problems like poor performance. The Raipur consumer commission ordered the vehicle manufacturer and dealer to reimburse repair costs and pay compensation to him.
