India's GST collections jump 14.7% YoY to ₹2.04 lakh crore in Sept

India's gross Goods and Services Tax (GST) collections rose 14.7% year-on-year to ₹2,03,521 crore in September. The growth was supported by higher domestic revenues and a sharp increase in GST collected on imports, according to provisional government data. After accounting for refunds, net GST revenue increased 18.1% to ₹1,76,520 crore in September, compared with ₹1,49,517 crore a year earlier.
