India's Gulveer Singh creates history by winning silver medal in 10,000m at CWG 2026

Long-distance runner Gulveer Singh became the first Indian to win a Commonwealth Games (CWG) medal in the men's 10,000 metres after clinching silver at CWG 2026 in Glasgow. The reigning Asian champion clocked 27 minutes 49.78 seconds to finish second. Australia's Ky Robinson won gold medal in the event.
