India's JSM Corp hits back as Hard Rock Cafe shuts outlets, calls it 'unilateral' move

India's JSM Corporation hit back at Hard Rock International after it announced that it was shutting down its 10 outlets across the country. "We're...deeply shocked and saddened by the recent unilateral announcement...This statement has been issued without proper consultation or regard for a partnership that has spanned over two decades," JSM said. It added that it's reviewing legal remedies.
