India's K M Deeksha in doping net, doubtful for Commonwealth Games

In a big blow to India ahead of the Commonwealth Games, the country's top middle-distance runner K M Deeksha has been caught in the doping net. Deeksha, who is the reigning national record holder in 1500 metres, has been notified that her sample has shown the presence of a banned substance. She has not been issued a provisional suspension as of now.
