India's manufacturing growth slips to 3-month low of 54.2 in June

India's manufacturing growth slipped to a three-month low in June, with the HSBC's India Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) falling from 55 in May to 54.2 in June. This also marked the second-weakest improvement in the growth of the sector since mid-2022. The PMI remained above 50, which represents expansion, extending the manufacturing sector's growth streak to 56 consecutive months.
