India's missile strike at air base stoked Pak's fear that nuclear HQ could be hit: NYT

After India's missile strike damaged Nur Khan air base in Rawalpindi, Pakistan feared that its nuclear headquarters, which is not far from the Nur Khan base, could get hit, the NYT reported. A former US official, who knows Pakistan's nuclear program, said that the strike may have exposed Pakistan's deepest fear of its nuclear command authority being decapitated.
