India's real estate investments jump 70% in Apr-Jun quarter: Study
Institutional investments in Indian real estate jumped 70% year-on-year to $2.9 billion in the April-June quarter of 2026, driven by strong domestic and foreign capital, according to Colliers. First-half of 2026 inflows reached $4.5 billion, up 50% from a year earlier. Domestic investments more than doubled to $1.33 billion, contributing 46% of total inflows.
