India's retail leasing is expected to touch a post-pandemic high of nearly 9 million sq ft in 2025, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Driven by new Grade A mall supply and strong demand from fashion, food and entertainment brands, leasing has risen from 7.8 MSF in 2024 and is projected to strengthen further in 2026.
