India's US smartphone exports reach 40% of China's level: Report

India's smartphone exports to the US have reached roughly 40% of China's earlier supply levels, a report by McKinsey & Company said. The shift comes as the US replaced nearly two-thirds of imports once sourced from China, worth over $80 billion, with alternative suppliers. Meanwhile, ASEAN economies replaced about two-thirds of US laptop imports previously sourced from China.
