India's wholesale inflation hits 4-month high of 2.36% in October
India's wholesale inflation rose to a 4-month high of 2.36% in October, compared to 1.84% in September, as per the latest government data. The rise in inflation rate was majorly driven by increased prices of food articles, especially vegetables, and manufactured products. Wholesale food prices increased from 9.47% in September to 11.59% in October.
