India should have declared innings earlier: VVS Laxman

Former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman said that according to him India should have declared their first innings earlier than they did in the third Test in Melbourne. "India should have bowled fifteen overs and made sure they pick two wickets," Laxman said. Laxman said that for opening batsmen the 'toughest' period of play is towards the end of day's play.
