India showing world what investing in women can do: Melinda Gates

Melinda French Gates, during her visit to India, said on Tuesday, "India continues to show the world what investing in women can do." She added that during COVID-19, the Indian government sent cash to "300 million people including 200 million women" which protected them during an economic crisis. Earlier today, she met President Droupadi Murmu in Delhi.
