India slams Pak at UN, says 'It attacked Kabul hospital during Ramadan & killed 269 civilians'

Speaking at the UNSC, India's Permanent Representative to the UN, Parvathaneni Harish, criticised Pakistan, saying it has a "long-tainted record of genocidal acts". He said, "The world has not forgotten that it was during the holy month of Ramadan in March this year...Pakistan conducted a barbaric airstrike on a hospital in Kabul." The attack killed 269 civilians in Afghanistan.
