India stayed logical in US trade talks, did better than most: Ex-US Commerce official
Former US Assistant Secretary of Commerce Raymond Vickery said India has fared better than most countries in India-US trade deal by following a "logical" structured negotiation process, rather than being drawn into the uncertainty of President Donald Trump's transactional trade style. "The standard way is to work out details first," he said. "This isn't the Trump style," he added.
