India suffer their worst-ever defeat on home soil in T20I cricket, lose to South Africa

South Africa defeated India by 49 runs in the third T20I in Indore to hand them their worst defeat (by runs) on Indian soil in T20I history. India's previous worst T20I defeat at home came on March 15, 2016, when New Zealand defeated them by 47 runs in Nagpur. South Africa scored 227/3 today, their highest-ever T20I total against India.
