India targets $1 trillion exports in FY2026: Piyush Goyal

Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said India is targeting USD 1 trillion in exports this financial year, up from USD 863 billion last year, aiming for 16% growth despite global trade expanding just 2.5-3%. He urged CII to set up FTA utilisation desks for MSMEs and confirmed nine FTAs covering 38 developed nations.
