India to bowl first against NZ in their 1st ODI of 2026, playing XI announced

India captain Shubman Gill won the toss and elected to bowl first in the first ODI against New Zealand in Vadodara. It's India's first international match of the year. India's playing XI includes Shreyas Iyer, Washington Sundar, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Harshit Rana, Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna. The Kotambi Stadium is hosting its first men's ODI match.
