India to get strategic access to Sabang seaport in Indonesia
Indonesia has agreed to give India strategic and military access to its Sabang seaport, Indonesia minister Luhut Pandjaitan has said. The port is located less than 500 km away from Malacca Strait from where nearly 40% of India's trade passes. In turn, India will invest in the port's development and build a hospital on the island, the minister added.
