India to host IORA foreign ministers' meeting in New Delhi in November

India is set to host foreign ministers of Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) in New Delhi in the last week of November as the grouping’s current chair. New Delhi assumed the chairmanship in November 2025 for a two-year term until 2027. Established in 1997 IORA focuses on sustainable development and regional stability. Its members include Bangladesh, Indonesia, Iran among others.
