India to not send representative to Pakistan National Day in Delhi

India will not send any official representative to the Pakistan National Day event at the Pakistan Mission in New Delhi. The government decided against sending any representative to the function as Pakistan had invited the representatives of the Hurriyat Conference to the event. India had formally complained to Pakistan about instances of its diplomats in Pakistan being harassed.
