India to send essential goods to Maldives amidst economic crisis

India has lifted export limits on key goods like eggs, potatoes, onions, rice, wheat flour, sugar, and dal to the Maldives for the fiscal year 2024-25. The move, announced by the DGFT, supports bilateral trade between India and the Maldives, aiding the island nation's access to these essential items from India.
