India to start first seaplane operations in Lakshadweep

India is all set to start its first commercial seaplane service in Lakshadweep after receiving approval from the DGCA. SkyHop Aviation will operate 19-seater seaplanes that can take off and land on water. The service aims to connect islands and remote areas, making travel faster and easier compared to boats.
