India to study US Russia sanctions law: Piyush Goyal

Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said India will study the details of the US' 'Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026', signed by President Trump on September 18. The law allows the US to impose tariffs up to 100% on countries significantly purchasing Russian energy. India is a major importer of Russian crude oil.
