India-UK sign pacts on maritime security and crucial minerals

India and the UK on Thursday reviewed security and economic cooperation during the official visit of UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper. An MoU was signed to set up a Regional Maritime Security Centre of Excellence, and an India-UK Critical Minerals Global Supply Chain Observatory (GSCO) was launched to boost cooperation in critical minerals. Cooper also met with PM Narendra Modi.
