India-UK to restart trade talks next year: PM Keir Starmer

UK PM Keir Starmer said the country will resume negotiations on a free trade agreement with India next year. "A new trade deal with India will support jobs and prosperity in the UK," said Starmer after meeting PM Narendra Modi at the G20 Summit. The talks on the trade deal stalled in May after multiple rounds spanning two years.
