India & Ukraine are traditional friends: Kuleba during India visit

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, who is on a two-day official visit to India, said India and Ukraine have been "traditional friends". "We will be looking forward to restoring what existed before the large-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine began," Kuleba said. The visit comes days after a telephonic conversation between PM Narendra Modi and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
