India unveiled its counter-terrorism policy 'PRAHAAR', saying, "India has remained consistently opposed to terrorism in all its forms...There has been a history of sporadic instability in the immediate neighbourhood of India." "PRAHAAR aims to criminalise all terrorist acts and deny access to funds, weapons and safe havens to terrorists, their financiers and supporters," India added.
