India urges UN members to be 'vigilant' over sharing sensitive technology

Lok Sabha MP Alok Kumar Suman, while speaking at the UN General Assembly First Committee, seemingly took a dig at Pakistan and expressed concern over "weapons falling into hands of terrorists". "We encourage all member states to remain vigilant about the transfer of dual-use and sensitive technology to those with a record of proliferation or linked to terrorism," he stated.
