India-US deal's 'very vibrant' phase 1 to be executed in July: Goyal

Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said India and US "had excellent discussions" regarding the bilateral trade agreement. "By middle of next month...we should be in a position to execute a very, very vibrant first tranche," he added. Goyal further said it would give India "preferential access" over competitors and that another trade delegation would arrive by the end of June.
