India victim of terrorism, leading global action against it: EAM

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday, while virtually addressing the 46th session of UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, said, "As a long-standing victim, India has been at forefront of global action against terrorism." "It is possible only when there's a clear realisation...that terrorism can never be justified nor its perpetrators ever [be] equated with its victims," he added.
