India warns Pak of flooding in Chenab river after J&K's Salal Dam gates opened

India issued a possible flood warning to Pakistan after opening the gates of the Salal Dam on the Chenab river in Jammu and Kashmir. This comes as India seeks to clear silt ahead of the monsoon season, reports said.
