India will become 'Vishwaguru': Assam CM on '1 Nation, 1 Election'

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma lauded PM Narendra Modi for the 'One Nation, One Election' proposal and said that it’s a gift to the nation from the PM. He further said, "Multiple elections involve lots of money…Every time India is in election mode, development suffers a lot ...This decision will reduce expenditure during election and will make the country 'Vishwaguru'."
