India won silver medal in the women's 10m air rifle team event at the Asian Games 2026 in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, opening their account in the medal tally. Elavenil Valarivan, Sonam Uttam Maskar and Vidarsa K Vinod combined for a score of 1898.0 to secure the podium finish. Sonam shot 634.1, Elavenil shot 633.5 and Vidarsa registered 630.4.
